Your key responsibilities will include:

* Participating in offer calculations to ensure accurate pricing and profitability
* Preparing and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance and risk management
* Collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless contract and customer management
* Evaluating and clarifying contractual points, service and billing differences, and supplements
* Working closely with specialist departments to resolve project-related, tax, and insurance-related issues

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A university degree or completed apprenticeship in business administration or project management
* Strong experience in a similar function
* Knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB) is a plus
* Fluent German and good written and spoken English
* Excellent team spirit and communication skills
