Job Summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a highly skilled Regional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent to support business growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and other external partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment market, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and other channels, to attract and engage with top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business needs and goals, and use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including HR, marketing, and communications, to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the recruitment industry, and use these connections to identify and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Europe.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the European recruitment market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and other external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
