HR Specialist (m/f/d) - Payroll Management

Piening GmbH is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll management. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and are looking to contribute to a dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in employee support and recruitment processes, including applicant management
  • Coordinating and organizing temporary staff, interns, working students, and trainees (m/f/d)
  • Payroll management: Generating reports, statistics, and analyses for personnel controlling
  • Workforce planning
  • Drafting employment contracts, employee council consultations, and references
  • Managing special projects
  • Providing support for travel expense accounting
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in the HR field
  • Excellent knowledge of income tax and social security law; familiarity with labor and collective bargaining law is advantageous
  • Experience in personnel controlling is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and motivation
