Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our Compliance, Quality & Processes department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our internal regulations and related legal standards across all European branches.

• Plan and conduct internal audits in European branches to ensure compliance with internal regulations and related legal standards.
• Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring that all areas of the business are thoroughly reviewed.
• Identify and report on areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to ensure that audit findings are addressed and implemented.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that our internal controls are aligned with these changes.

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Alternatively, completed training in finance and further training as a certified accountant with several years of auditing experience.
• Several years of experience in auditing functions are highly desirable.
• Hold one of the following audit certifications: CPA, CIA, or similar.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Determination, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
• High willingness to travel.
