Automation Solutions Engineer

If you possess a background in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics and have experience in automation, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product support during serial production and modify specifications as necessary
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and validate component performance
- Assist in the development of resilient processes with a focus on FMEA
- Perform thorough analyses of processes and products, including assessing changes to the manufacturing workflow
- Serve as a liaison to the Board of Change to ensure effective implementation of process modifications
- A dynamic and varied work environment with numerous growth opportunities

- Meaningful work as part of a Green Company committed to sustainability
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in automation, particularly in motors, robotics, and drivetrain systems

- Experience in product support or Lean Management is a plus
- Proficient in German and fluent in English
