What will you do?

  • As part of our service consulting team, you will be the interface between service, development, and product management.
  • You will be responsible for creating installation and operation guides for the entire VISUS product portfolio.
  • You will oversee the entire documentation process, including theme research, concept development, and content creation, as well as reviewing the developed content.
  • You will contribute to the further development of editorial processes and standardization with your expertise and experience.
  • You will keep the document repository up-to-date and contribute to a high level of service quality for our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • You will represent the findings from operational service against product management and influence the development of our products.

What should you bring?

  • You have relevant experience in technical editing.
  • You have a broad foundation of knowledge in the IT sector and have ideally already gained experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Your work is characterized by a structured approach, good self-organization.
  • You enjoy explaining complex technical topics in a simple way.
  • You are particularly interested in medical informatics topics.
  • XML, HTML, and markup languages are not new to you.
  • You have experience working with editorial systems.
  • You are skilled in creating process representations and basic image editing.
  • You are communicative and thrive in collaborative work.
  • Finally, we expect excellent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
