tritec pro, a leading provider of human resources solutions, is searching for a skilled Finance Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our diverse clientele, which includes agricultural and commercial businesses.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial and payroll accounting independently
  • Prepare accurate tax returns and comprehensive financial reports
  • Contribute to the creation of annual financial statements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and relevant authorities regarding accounting matters
  • Support process optimization initiatives within the accounting department
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial education with a specialization in accounting or tax consulting
  • Proven experience in accounting, ideally within a tax consultancy firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as DATEV is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
