About the Role

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at EU019 Vishay Electronic GmbH, you will play a key role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy for the Europe region. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to identify top talent for relevant positions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Lead best practice initiatives for talent acquisition, supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experience
  • Define, implement, and maintain recruiting policies, guidelines, tools, and services for the Europe region
  • Enhance the company's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to better understand the external market and improve hiring processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a background in the manufacturing industry
  • Subject matter expertise in advanced research and sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and developing a TA team
  • Previous experience with Workday is a plus
