About the Role

The role is part of a team that is responsible for establishing METRO GROUP wide Identity & Access Management capabilities to safeguard METRO GROUP's digital assets and ensure that only authorized individuals have access to business-critical resources. The team plays a pivotal role in raising the overall level of Information Security maturity across METRO GROUP and reducing the level of risks related to Information Security to an acceptable level within the frame of the risk appetite set by the METRO GROUP Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access, and Secret Management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities.
  • Oversee product development, particularly in IAM, and monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability.
  • Document and maintain documentation and training materials for IAM products.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and METRO GROUP infrastructure teams.

Please note that all job opportunities at METRO GROUP require that you live in/move to Germany and can be in office in Düsseldorf at least 2 times per week. We don't offer 100% remote opportunities.
