Job Overview:

STOPA Anlagenbau GmbH is a prominent provider of automated storage solutions for metal sheets, long goods, and parking systems. With a legacy of over 40 years and more than 1,900 installations globally, we pride ourselves on our exceptional quality, secure processes, and innovative automation and software solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Data Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Electrical Design team with data management activities on a part-time basis
  • Work collaboratively with the design department to prepare assembly documentation
  • Enter product details and bills of materials into the ERP system
  • Engage in the upkeep of databases
  • Create documentation for customers
  • Draft operational instructions
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally ABAS
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
