Lead Consultant Defense Sector

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to advise and assist our clients in the Public Sector with a focus on defense, here’s how you can contribute:
- Provide strategic and operational consulting to our clients in the defense sector.
- Advise on projects aimed at holistic alignment and optimization of strategies, organizations, and processes.
- Engage in strategic consulting, organizational and economic assessments, system and process enhancements, project management, and implementation support.
- Participate in proof-of-concepts and the application of innovative technologies and tools, including the use of artificial intelligence for process automation.
- Actively contribute to the application and establishment of agile methodologies in projects, as well as traditional project and risk management approaches.
- Assist in developing communication and change strategies, particularly in the context of large procurement projects.
- Work independently within various team configurations.
- Support the acquisition of complex projects and take on leadership responsibilities.
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in the Public Sector with a focus on defense, you should possess a successfully completed degree in political science, public administration, law, business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a related field.
- You should have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally within a consulting firm or a company in the defense sector.
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas is essential: strategy consulting, business consulting, procurement, digitalization, process automation, economic analysis, change management, or project management.
- A passion for creating sustainable results and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams is crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer orientation, and a commitment to personal development are key attributes.
- Fluency in German and English, proficiency in standard MS Office applications, and a willingness to travel are also important qualifications.
