Human Capital Management Consultant

About the Position

Workday GmbH is seeking exceptional Pre-Sales Solution Consultants in Germany to support our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite within the large enterprise sector. This role provides an opportunity to showcase our product and enhance the value of next-generation HCM Applications for prospective clients.

As an HCM Solution Consultant, you will utilize your extensive product knowledge of Workday's HCM enterprise software and industry insights to deliver comprehensive functional expertise throughout the sales journey. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will engage in thorough discovery sessions to understand an organization’s current landscape and present impactful demonstrations that illustrate how Workday's Enterprise applications can meet their needs, address business challenges, and generate value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assisting in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating a thorough understanding of our solutions, services, and training.
  • Contributing to the qualification of prospects, defining demonstration criteria, building proof of concept systems, and planning for sales cycle closures.
  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
  • Assisting sales teams in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Building trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders who influence and make decisions during the evaluation process.
  • Continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by Workday.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Consulting, or HR role.
  • Expertise in administrative systems related to HR.
  • Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong functional experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
