About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our dynamic international Data & Analytics team within the Global Information Services department. As an expert in S/4HANA analytics, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP data & analytics products, you will play a crucial role in driving the SAP analytics environment within the transformation program for our upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the success of data & analytics during the SAP S/4HANA transformation, fostering the reporting and planning strategy for existing and future applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement SAP data analytics solutions and visualizations using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA.
  • Apply best practices in SAP data modelling, data flow, ETL processes and data strategies for new and existing data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand processes and requirements and recommend data & analytics solutions that best fit their needs.
  • Analyze data trends, develop key insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations for business operations stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise during the S/4HANA transformation and mentor team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on business information technology.
  • Solid knowledge of ETL processes, data flow, data aggregation and data modelling – preferably in SAP. Familiarity with additional data analytics, visualization, and ETL tools is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Data and Analytics Consultant or similar role. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or comparable industries is a plus.
  • Experience as part of the team of an SAP S/4HANA transformation is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of turning complex business issues into actionable solutions.
  • Team-oriented, with a track record of successful collaboration in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, complemented by excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
