Key Responsibilities- Sales Achievement & Client Development:
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, as directed by management.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, both in and outside the boutique, representing the organization.
- Develop high-value sales, with a focus on cultivating Les Cabinotiers clientele.
- Ensure each client receives exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
- Assist clients with customer service needs, before or after sales.
- Maintain the brand's high standards.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Maintain standards of CRM outreach for clienteling and client follow-up.
- Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools.
- Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management.
- Partner with Management to develop a plan to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Daily Boutique Operations:
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicate on any maintenance issues.
- Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for and ensure a successful audit.
- Assist with special projects, as needed (price changes, supporting back-office responsibilities, etc.).
- Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail, with at least 8-10 years' experience, and a high interest in watchmaking.
- Action-oriented, assertiveness in negotiating and closing deals.
- Highly client-focused, with a willingness to serve and find solutions.
- Team player, with a positive and constructive mindset.
- Very good general education and etiquette.
- Strong sense of luxury service, attention to detail, and willingness to serve and find solutions.
- Excellent communicator, able to develop a network.
- Fluent in German and English, with another language being a plus.
- Flexibility towards working hours.
