Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to promote our events and brand, as well as creating engaging content to drive website traffic and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our events and brand
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Manage and optimize our website to improve user experience and search engine rankings
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional development or training organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful online marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
