Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at HARTMANN. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our operational units globally to become a leaner organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Support the development and improvement of state-of-the-art processes, clear rules, and guidance, and help establish them in the process house and functional roadmap.
- Support process owners to build and regularly update the functional roadmap, proposing own ideas to advance the current process landscape.
- Help describe improvement ideas in project charters and change requests based on input collected from process owners or the operational organization.
- Participate in workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities.
- Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
- Support the screening of the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption.
Requirements
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study.
- First professional experience in operational units/processes/organizations in a comparable environment with focus on Master Data Governance.
- A good understanding of project management and successful Change Management.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP ERP, APO, BW, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytic thinking and modelling skills are among your strengths.
- Fluent English and German skills.
