Key Responsibilities- Manage software distribution using CA Software Delivery and Microsoft SCCM
- Pack and distribute software packages independently
- Design and implement vDisks using PVS
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Relevant education in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Citrix
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and WSUS
- Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and Server 2008, 2012, and 2016
