About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Management team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, be proficient in MS Office applications, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate meetings and appointments with the Management team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Management team, including preparing presentations, calculations, and decision-making documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
  • Organize and participate in team events, conferences, and job fairs.
Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Completed business administration training or business degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of motivation and resilience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Reliability and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work in our office in Berlin.
