Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Development Manager to lead our software development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding our team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to our software development team
- Lead the design and architecture of software systems to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards and best practices are consistently upheld
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard data and software applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in.NET, JavaScript, and SQL & NoSQL data stores
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience with REST-API development and system integration
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Professional level of English and at least basic knowledge of German for effective communication
