Business Insights Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Insights Manager to join our D-A-CH & PL team in Berlin. As a key member of our international Market Insight Team, you will support the Sales, Brand & Leadership Team with data-driven insights and trends.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market and category data for existing and future business, including new and existing markets, segments, products, and customers.
- Support research and development of insights to answer critical business questions and formulate recommendations for our brand, portfolio, and retail strategy.
- Provide regular updates on current KPIs (monthly/quarterly) for the D-A-CH & PL markets.
- Analyze market and consumer trends in FMCG, particularly for relevant categories.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (management, sales, brand, PR, and the international insights team) to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and English.
