Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee strategic procurement initiatives for a prominent M-DAX organization, focusing on software, hardware, and IT services.
  • Formulate innovative category strategies in collaboration with internal teams and operational procurement functions.
  • Assist international branches with procurement challenges while promoting global collaboration.
  • Independently prepare bids, assess various proposals and solution concepts, and negotiate complex contracts with leading global firms.
  • Compile results for executive review.
  • Conduct systematic supplier evaluations to foster the development of strategic partnerships.
  • Introduce innovative methodologies to enhance the procurement process continuously.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in strategic IT procurement.
  • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach with a strong ability to lead initiatives.
  • Confident demeanor and inquisitive nature, making you a reliable partner for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills, decisiveness, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Fluency in English and comfort in an international context.
  • Preferably familiar with SAP S/4 and SRM.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
