Deine Mission
  • Du übernimmst das B2B-Lead-Management, z.B. vor und nach Events, Webinaren und anderen Marketing-Aktivitäten. Du sorgst dafür, dass Leads effizient erfasst, nachverfolgt und Sales-ready sind.
  • Du optimierst unsere Nutzung von HubSpot und erstellst Berichte und Dashboards, um Leistungsmetriken und KPIs fehlerfrei zu verfolgen.
  • Du wirst interne*r HubSpot-Expert*in, schulst unser Vertriebsteam und arbeitest neue Kolleg*innen ein.
  • Du identifizierst und implementierst Best Practices und neue Technologien im Bereich B2B-Marketing/Sales-Automation und Growth Hacking.
  • Du konfigurierst Workflows und Automations zur effizienteren Abbildung von Vertriebsprozessen, u.a. baust du automatisierte E-Mail-Strecken sowie ABM-Kampagnen auf.
  • Du nutzt dein technisches Know-How, um Landingpages in WordPress zu erstellen, Formulare zu integrieren und die Website zu optimieren.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting (HubSpot, WordPress etc.).
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Lead-Management, Marketing Automation oder Growth Hacking.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), Analysetools (z. B. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) oder anderen Marketing-Automation-Tools.
  • Technisches Know-How in WordPress sowie Erfahrung im Erstellen und Optimieren von Websites.
  • Must-have: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Kreativität und Innovationskraft, um neue Wege zu finden und bestehende Prozesse zu verbessern.
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
