Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist - Energy

  • Resolve Customer Issues: Handle customer complaints and collaborate with energy suppliers and internal teams to find effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Be the primary point of contact for all energy-related inquiries via email, offering knowledgeable advice and support to customers.
  • Process Energy Switch Applications: Review and process energy switch applications accurately and efficiently, guiding customers through the transition process.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis: Independently work on complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration & Training: Onboard and support new employees, sharing your expertise and contributing to a positive team environment. Maintain our knowledge database and training materials, ensuring everyone has access to the latest information.
  • Quality Assurance & Development: Conduct regular email quality checks and provide constructive feedback to colleagues, promoting continuous improvement in customer service standards. Identify coaching and training needs within the team and implement suitable measures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Call center experience or training knowledge is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and possess a general understanding of technical concepts.
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language proficiency.
