- Incorporate new data sources into the Data Warehouse, ensuring high standards of data quality, architecting data structures, and executing ETL processes while maintaining the platform's operational reliability.
- Address new data analysis requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Work independently on prototype projects to make informed technology choices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a degree in computer science or a related field and has relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge in modern, agile, and object-oriented programming, particularly with Python.
- Skilled in database management systems such as Google BigQuery, Exasol, and Azure SQL Database, with proficiency in SQL, ideally with administrative or conceptual experience.
- Familiar with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Azure Synapse.
- Experienced with pipeline tools (e.g., Apache AirFlow) and version control systems like Git/GitLab.
- Ideally knowledgeable in contemporary topics such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, or standard Data Science libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, StatsModels, SciPy).
- Eager to independently and swiftly learn new technologies.
- Proficient in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills in our corporate language.
