Food Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team at The Quality Group GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, adhering to strict hygiene and quality standards.

• Operate, monitor, and control our production equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety and quality protocols.
• Perform document management and administration tasks to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and report any defects or issues with products, raw materials, or equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

• Relevant education or experience in food technology or a related field, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required.
• Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken.
