Sustainability Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Krones AG as a Corporate Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Corporate Governance framework for our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of a Corporate Governance concept for the Krones Group
• Support the implementation of process steps for the Compliance Management System
• Collaborate on the strategic and operational development of key sustainability themes, as well as their communicative implementation
• Support the development of guidelines and regulations
• Support the Corporate Citizenship department
• Conduct cross-functional research, analysis, and benchmarking

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a strong background in business administration, law, or a related field. Your expertise in corporate law, compliance, and sustainability will be highly valued.
