Key Responsibilities

  • You will take charge of in-season merchandise management.
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify bestsellers and slow movers, implementing strategies to enhance performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct independent analyses and develop inventory movement concepts based on performance metrics.
  • Evaluate stock levels across all retail locations and the central warehouse, placing orders and ensuring accuracy upon receipt.
  • Consider inventory targets and purchasing budgets in your decision-making.
  • Manage replenishment processes for our national partners in the SIS sector.
  • Your passion for numbers will drive continuous improvement in our reporting systems.
  • Occasional store visits will provide direct feedback on the effectiveness of your initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, as well as with partners, Visual Merchandising, Controlling, Sales Support EDI, and Logistics.
  • Establish yourself as a reliable resource for sales colleagues regarding inventory quantities.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.

  • You have experience in Planning/Allocation or Controlling, with a solid understanding of business metrics, ideally in the apparel industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and DWH, enables you to present data effectively in PowerPoint.
  • You communicate assertively and effectively, including in English.
  • Your work contributes to reshaping the apparel industry for a sustainable future.
