Role Overview: Marketing Working Student
We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Working Student to assist with our marketing initiatives across our 13 locations in Germany. This position is based in Berlin and involves a hands-on approach to a variety of marketing tasks for both established and new locations, covering all facets of marketing, including online, offline, and integrated campaigns.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager in Berlin and are expected to work 20 hours per week. A commitment of at least 6 months is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities across multiple channels, including online, offline, media, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team, including creative, PPC, SEO, PR, social media, and content managers.
- Online Campaign Management: Aid in the creation and management of lead generation campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition for our locations, offerings, and services. Develop ad copies and creative briefs for our design team for SEA and Paid Social campaigns.
- Influencer Collaborations: Support the planning and execution of impactful influencer partnerships.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with marketing vendors and identify relevant partners to enhance the visibility of the Mindspace brand in Germany.
- Event Coordination: Assist in attracting and organizing significant ecosystem events at our locations.
- Marketing Material Development: Create marketing collateral, including presentations, campaigns, demos, videos, and sales enablement tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a full-time Master's program at a German university with a focus on Marketing.
- Location: Based in Berlin with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing or online advertising within startup or corporate environments.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
