Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating qualified proposals and managing contract administration for clients of partner brokers.
• Providing expert support and consultation to customers through various communication channels.
• Assisting with claims and effectively resolving client inquiries.
• Delivering in-house training and support to enhance the capabilities of our Customer Service Team.

Your qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or processing.
• Certification in insurance with an emphasis on customer-focused service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of private insurance, with additional expertise in commercial, life, or health insurance.
• A collaborative team player with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
