Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Set Top Box Sales Specialist to join our team at Minnovation International AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Pay-TV market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Pay-TV market.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Perform STB workshops and seminars for VIP operators and big events.
  • Ensure STB products and solutions comply with RFx specifications and technical discussions with customers.
  • Analyze competitor technology and products to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Identify key customer requirements and communicate them to Product Management and RD teams.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support to sales management, including product design, proposal drafting, and testing support.
  • Develop and track KPIs for market activities and TOP project achievements.
Requirements:
  • University or technical institute graduate in Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Strong Pay-TV and telecom technical background, with a focus on Video and STB technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications and Pay-TV industry.
  • Success experience in MTO's STB RFx bidding, project delivery, and product launch.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Pay-TV Operators accounts.
  • Good project management skills and a proven track record of business development and account management.
