**About the Role:**

• We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d) in Fürstenwalde.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to our customers in a service-oriented sales and advisory capacity.
• Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure a unique customer experience through optimal processes in the retail store.
• Support our customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (market days and health fairs).
• As a data administrator, you will maintain customer information accurately and keep it up-to-date.
• In the context of the retail store organization, you will support the planning of tasks, manage the calendar, and oversee order and inventory management.

• You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d).
