Controller Assistant

Job Description:

We are Schreiber Foods, a global player with a presence in Wangen im Allgäu. As a successful mid-sized company within a global corporation, we specialize in the production of melt cheese. To support our team, we are currently looking for a Junior Controller (m/w/d) for 20h to 30h per week.

Your Tasks:

• Preparation of cost estimates, calculations, and analysis of product production costs
• Booking of orders and invoices
• Participation in the preparation of the monthly closing
• Preparation of monthly closing presentations and gap analyses
• Cross-functional collaboration with local departments and our international corporate headquarters
• Preparation of ad-hoc evaluations

What we are looking for:

• Completed studies in Business Administration / Finance / Controlling or a completed training in accounting
• First experience in a comparable position
• Secure application of MS Office, especially Excel, Oracle ERP knowledge of VBA is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Analytical thinking and independent working style
• Communication skills and team ability
