**Global Mobility Role**
In the Global Mobility department, we are looking for support in two different teams:
a. GAM Processes & Mobility Visa Team:
- Ensuring lawful and timely entry for global assignees and business travelers
- Commissioning the external visa provider in their system based on our Mercedes-Benz standards
- Assisting and supporting the team members in all operational processes
- Factual verification of invoices and cost approvals
- Supporting the visa team's social intranet site, including the creation of content
b. Global Payroll Management Team:
- Support with monthly payroll processes for global assignees
- Data analysis, tracking of documents, sending reminders and escalation emails
- Assistance and support for team members in all operational processes
**Requirements**
We are looking for a working student with:
- Ongoing studies in economics, human resources, or a comparable field
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and interest in other IT systems
- Business fluent in German and very good written and spoken English skills
- Service talent, a friendly and professional demeanor, and impressive communication skills
- Ability to act independently and work in a structured and organized way
- Openness and flexibility to new challenges and a commitment to ensuring the best service for the customer
- Ability to work in large teams and demonstrate a team player attitude even in stressful phases
