Job Title: Clinical Outsourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outsourcing Manager to join our team at Immatics N.V. in Tuebingen, Munich, or in a home-based setting in Germany.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and manage vendors for clinical trials, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders for a seamless handover.
  • Support the development of sponsor oversight tools and procedures, promoting effective vendor governance.
  • Oversee the performance of vendors, ensuring compliant clinical trial conduct and effective collaboration with external partners.
  • Review and analyze vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external collaboration partners, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth interface.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance documents, and training materials for clinical outsourcing.
  • Establish and maintain vendor-specific performance review and reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • MSc degree in life sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor or contract management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
