• Commissioning and starting up injection molding machines, extruder robots, and peripheral equipment
• Testing new tools, determining process parameters for series production
• Optimizing injection molding processes
• Locating, documenting, and eliminating errors and irregularities in the production process
• Performing quality-relevant tests
• Training employees on machine operation and providing assistance with material preparation, provision, and production release
• Responsible for order and cleanliness
• Supporting ongoing production

• You hold a completed vocational training as a Verfahrensmechaniker for Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
• Professional experience in the vocational training
• Desirable experience as an Anwendungstechniker
• Experience with new tool testing
• High level of self-initiative, resilience, and team skills
• Quality awareness and strong interest in technology
• Reliable and enduring work style
• Common MS Office knowledge
