Head of Cost and Value Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Product Cost and Value Engineering team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for achieving target costs for our electrolyzer products through collaborative efforts with engineering and supply chain teams.
Your primary objectives will include defining target costs for components and modules, driving cost-down potentials from idea to implementation, and acting as an internal consultant for optimizing product costs within design, manufacturing, and supplier negotiations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering, business administration, or a related field, with professional experience in product cost management, value engineering, or a comparable position. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
