Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Weil am Rhein einen HR Service Assistant (m/w/d) 50% befristet für ein Jahr. Als Teil des Teams unterstützt du die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie die Abwicklung aller begleitenden Aufgaben.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Abwicklung aller begleitenden Aufgaben
  • Erfassung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der abrechnungsrelevanten Daten in unseren HR-Systemen
  • Themen Zeitwirtschaft und Bescheinigungswesen liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft und Beteiligung an HR-Projekten
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie relevante Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im HR-Umfeld
  • Interesse an HR-Themen
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie hohe Affinität für moderne und neue Systeme
  • Genaue, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie grundsätzliche Neugierde an Neuem
  • Fließend Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
