Stellenbeschreibung

Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen in einem vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb, insbesondere:

  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Anlagen sowohl vor Ort als auch über das Prozessleitsystem, um einen sicheren und normgerechten Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle, Wartung und Reinigung der Anlagen.
  • Durchführung von Probenahmen, Erfassung von Daten und Dokumentation der Prozesse.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Energie- und Rohstoffeffizienz in der Produktion.
  • Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen in den Anlagen vor Ort.
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten.
  • Strikte Einhaltung aller internen und externen Sicherheitsrichtlinien in Bezug auf Umweltschutz sowie Arbeits- und Verkehrssicherheit gemäß dem EHS-System von W. R. Grace & Co. und sofortige Meldung von Mängeln oder Fehlverhalten.
Erforderliche Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem industriellen oder handwerklichen Beruf, vorzugsweise als Chemikant.
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein in Bezug auf die eigene Verantwortung.
  • Saubere und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise im Team.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu erlernen.
  • Erfahrung in der Produktion und im Schichtbetrieb ist von Vorteil.
