We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Caregiver to provide support to residents during the night shift at Caritas Wohnen & Pflegen in Hamm Gemeinnützige GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules and ensuring the well-being of our residents. The Night Team, consisting of three caregivers, is in charge of four residential areas for around 120 residents.

• Provide activating care and maintain accurate care documentation
• Offer guidance and support to residents and their families
• Actively contribute to a positive work environment
• Collaborate with all parties involved in the care process
• Create a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents

• Completed training as a nursing professional or nursing assistant
