We are currently seeking a driven and forward-thinking Tax Consultant (m/f/d) who is eager to elevate their career and play a pivotal role within our dedicated team.
Your Role - Shaping the Future:
As a Tax Consultant, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our firm as you prepare to take on the responsibilities of a managing director. Working closely with the current managing director, who is transitioning towards retirement, you will be positioned to demonstrate your capabilities in a diverse and impactful role.
Your Responsibilities - Engaging and Varied:
- Deliver specialized tax consulting exclusively for companies undergoing insolvency
- Independently prepare financial statements and tax filings, clarifying intricate data sets
- Assist insolvency practitioners and make informed decisions in challenging scenarios
- Remain informed about the latest trends and legal changes in insolvency law
- Oversee and mentor team members, conduct annual evaluations, and facilitate internal training sessions
Your Profile - Knowledgeable and Ambitious:
- Possess extensive knowledge of tax regulations and experience in a tax consultancy, particularly with insolvent entities
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, adaptability, and exceptional organizational abilities
- Open to new challenges and eager to develop leadership skills
- Aspiring and talented, with the ambition to independently lead a consultancy
