About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Development Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at Krones AG. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software applications for our carton machines, Varioline, and EvoLite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SPS, visualization, and project planning applications for Varioline and EvoLite
  • Support development projects and contribute to the development of software solutions
  • Create functional diagrams and various functional groups
  • Document electrical engineering projects

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and software development tools
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • First-hand experience with Siemens Step 7, B&R Automation Studio, structured text, or C programming languages
