Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Management
    • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards
    • Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and implement process metrics and reporting to measure performance
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms
    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify and address customer concerns
    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address customer complaints

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
    • Proven experience in process improvement and quality management
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for improvement
