About the Role:

Pocket FM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team in Germany. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing creative projects and managing a team of Promo Writers, Video Editors, and Marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative projects and manage a team of Promo Writers, Video Editors, and Marketers
  • Test content on social platforms and optimize for low CPIs
  • Develop partnerships with social media and entertainment companies to establish Pocket FM as a growth presence in the German media landscape

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of creative level or above experience at a studio, network, production company, startup, and/or corporation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
  • Passion for storytelling and content

Location: Germany - Remote Working (Berlin is a plus)
