Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks independently in transmission technology, encompassing engineering, planning, deployment, and operational functions.
  • Oversee planning, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting processes across various transmission systems.
  • Design and specify system requirements essential for effective network upgrades.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage escalations with professionalism.
  • Coordinate project activities and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Innovate and develop solutions that consistently surpass customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in a range of transmission technologies, including WDM, SDH, and Ethernet.
  • Familiarity with transmission technology management systems.
  • Experience in transmission technology or related telecommunications fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
