We are seeking a highly skilled IFRS Specialist to join our team at Sysmex Europe SE. As the regional headquarters for the EMEA region, our company is dedicated to providing essential products that help people worldwide on their healthcare journey.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Conduct thorough contract analyses to ensure compliance and accuracy, while managing IFRS postings for seamless financial transparency.
- Efficiently monitor leases, manage bookings, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of financial forecasts using analytical insights.
- Provide dedicated support and proactive monitoring for affiliates, offering expertise and guidance on IFRS topics to ensure alignment with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, specifically in financial reporting.
- Essential proficiency in SAP; experience with CLM SAP preferred.
- Highly preferred familiarity with IFRS.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
