What can you expect?
  • You will be responsible for a customer area from the start as a junior and will continuously and goal-oriented build it up.
  • You ensure smooth communication with your customers.
  • You are on the road in your sales area three days a week: You explore the wishes and problems of our customers on site and advise them conclusively based on our extensive product portfolio.
  • You spend the other two days together with your team in our sales offices to organize customer appointments and exchange information.
  • You observe the market and competition and develop a secure sense of new sales markets and customers to achieve growth targets.
  • Your job in a few words: varied - demanding - definitely not boring
  • After an 8-week intensive training, you will start in your own sales area. Even after the training phase, regular training and feedback are very important to us. What you make of your starting position is up to you - if you have the right drive, all doors are open.
What should you bring?
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree. Your field of study is irrelevant. We will provide you with the necessary knowledge for your entry in an 8-week intensive training.
  • You start with us as a junior - therefore, you do not need to bring any professional experience.
  • You have a driver's license, as you will be on the road in your car three days a week as a sales representative.
  • You are extroverted, have an open personality - sales is your thing.
  • You are hungry for success and progress, go the extra mile. You love personal responsibility as well as teamwork.
  • You are travel-ready, as we work regionally in Germany and consider your desired region. For office days with your team in other regions, you will stay overnight in a hotel up to six times a month.
  • You convince customers through your communication skills, and you speak verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.
