Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrations Manager / Project Leader to join our team at Schwarz Produktion Stiftung & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic projects and teams, ensuring the successful implementation of our integrations management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects and teams to ensure successful implementation of integrations management processes
  • Analyze and improve business processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL, etc.) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industriekaufleute, Kaufleute für Büromanagement)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von strategischen Projekten oder Teams (als Projektleiter), idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld oder in einem Produktionsunternehmen
  • Kenntnisse in Planisware oder andere PM-Software
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Verbindung mit Reisebereitschaft
