Your role will involve operating, optimizing, and safeguarding the integration of systems to guarantee the seamless functioning of our clients' energy networks. This position demands proficiency in IT solutions and a proactive mindset for their implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the deployment and advancement of new critical IT infrastructure applications for energy network oversight
- Assuring the operational functionality of network management systems
- Overseeing designated processes and system migrations for both Windows and LINUX platforms
- Maintaining data models and comprehensive documentation
- Proposing enhancements to operational workflows, including a shift towards Cloud technologies
- Administering and managing essential IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support a successful energy transition
Your Qualifications:
- Completed education in IT or a relevant MINT degree with experience in application management
- Expertise in high-availability IT system administration and operations
- Experience with scripting, software development, Windows, LINUX, and virtualization technologies
- Understanding of large-scale IT landscape organization, IT, and process complexities
- Responsible and safety-conscious mindset, eager to take initiative and support team projects as needed
- Willingness for occasional on-site meetings and 24/7 remote availability
- Fluency in German (minimum B2 level)
