As a joint venture between CARIAD SE and Elektrobit Automotive GmbH, we're developing cutting-edge solutions for automotive communication. Our team is responsible for designing frameworks, applications, and user interfaces for our clients within the VW Group, integrating them with our global partner network.

**Your Role**

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Vehicle Integration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Refurbishing and integrating vehicle systems, ensuring seamless communication between components.
  • Collaborating with our Flashsupport team to deploy technology carriers and prototypes, focusing on performance electronics, electric machines, and combustion vehicles.
  • Designing, implementing, and testing hardware, software, and interface environments to provide the necessary infrastructure.
  • Working independently and in close collaboration with contractors and your team to deliver solutions from concept to series production.
  • Testing vehicle components and networks, identifying and resolving issues in hardware and software.
  • Installing and configuring test and measurement equipment, as well as vehicles, according to specifications.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in vehicle refurbishment and integration, with a strong understanding of the overall vehicle system.
  • A degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics) or a related field.
  • Knowledge of vehicle networking and bus communication.
  • Specific expertise in module development and data logger integration, or a willingness to acquire these skills.
  • Excellent team and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in German, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
