We are seeking a highly skilled Drive Solutions Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing drive solutions for large drives in various industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and prepare proposals for drive solutions, including specifications, calculations, and LoA documents.
- Manage systems and solutions, ensuring a reasonable division of scope and services among involved parties.
- Request, clarify, and evaluate sub-supplier offers for transformers, MV switchgear, MCCs, drive-related automation, UPS, E-containers, and cooling systems.
- Conduct technical and price negotiations with customers and internal/external partners.
- Support the sales team in customer discussions regarding proposal requirements and specifications.
- Develop and implement proposal standards, including product descriptions, contract conditions, and standard calculations.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with a focus on power electronics or electrical machines.
- Many years of experience in project business, project management, engineering, and/or commissioning activities in drive solutions.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of production processes in various industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of drive technology, including motor design, converters, transformers, switchgear, UPS, E-containers, and cooling systems.
- Project management methodology knowledge for the proposal and execution process.
- Systematic work approach, analytical skills, team skills, and organizational talent.
- Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel worldwide.
